Our website address is: https://cymunedau.conp.co.uk. Based in Gwynedd we are running the Connected Communities project for Menter Mon and their partners. We are registered with the Information Commissioner ZA362525.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Register of interest form
If a visitor completes and submits a register of interest form we collect their email address, name and the name of their property against the community.
This information will be used solely to communicate the status of your communities interest in submiting a tender via email, it will be used to invite you to meetings via email, it will be used to send copies of the tender or other documents relating to the tender via email.
Who we share your data with
This information will be shared with Menter Môn, Cyngor Gwynedd Council and Cyngor Sir Fôn / Anglesey County Council in order to report on progress of the project. The Welsh Government may also want to validate responses and information in order to audit the project and any review.
No personal information will be shared with any 3rd parties.
How long we retain your data
Your data will be deleted 12 months after the end of the Connected Communities project.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted a register your interest form you can request that all personal details – email address and name are removed by emailing cymunedaucysylltiedig@gmail.com
Where we send your data
Your data will be stored in a secure password protected location on Google Cloud Services.
